the fabulous flag sisters

High flying and adored, Le Sorelle Bandiera - 'The Flag Sisters' - were superstars in Italy during the turbulent 1970s and 80s. With the Red Brigades unleashing terror, they gave millions of Italians something to smile about.

They're ready to BUNGA BUNGA at Fringe World, Perth's feast of summer entertainment

Photogragher Matthew Poon from Community Newspapers visited The Flag Sisters (Le Sorelle Bandiera) last week as they were relaxing at their exclusive Perth hideaway in preparation for their FRINGE WORLD shows at the fabulous Spiegeltent on 15th and 16th February.

Of course, they had to enjoy something quintessentially Italian - a sensational pasta cooked by Dorothy (she's in the red). Unfortunately, Silvio Burlesqueconi was unable to join them as he was 'tied up' at the Hyatt (apparently doing private BUNGA BUNGA lessons). But he will be at the Spiegeltent on the 15th & 16th February. And rumour has it, he'll be singing!
